Andrew Graziano

Vice President

Andrew joined Triton Pacific in 2019 and has over seven years of M&A and investing experience. He serves as a Vice President for Triton Pacific’s non-Healthcare private equity strategies, participating in investment due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio management. He also contributes to the firm’s capital raising and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Triton Pacific, Andrew worked at Morgan Stanley and Citi, specializing in structured credit and derivatives products. Andrew received a degree in Economics from Villanova University and is a CFA Charterholder.
