Tom Scott

Managing Partner

Mr. Scott has over 25 years of experience in middle-market private equity transactions across business services, specialty finance, consumer, software, and manufacturing sectors. He has expertise in mergers & acquisitions, structured financing, and business strategy. Before joining Triton Pacific in 2005, he was a Principal at TAG Venture Partners, a Boston-based investment firm and buy-side advisor, where he completed more than 20 transactions. As a management consultant at Harbor Research, he advised industrial and technology companies on strategy and growth. Mr. Scott serves on the firm’s investment committee and several company boards. He holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
